2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Single Account Rule
Only one account is permitted per user. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka), for each method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; such transactions will be returned.
- The deposit amount must remain within the transaction limits set by each individual payment operator.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Applicable wagering conditions must be met before withdrawal.
- Large withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.
3.3 Currency and Tax
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties. krakya does not provide tax advice.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
krakya is committed to preventing financial crime. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be reviewed and investigative authorities may be informed if necessary.
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
krakya offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → receive ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000
4.2 Wagering Conditions
A 15x (fifteen times) wagering condition applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering condition.
4.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use
- Bonuses apply only to first-time registered, verified accounts.
- Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- Bonus funds are not transferable to another account.
- krakya reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
4.4 VIP Program
krakya's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming. VIP benefits are subject to change.
5. Gameplay and Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Rules
- Game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer.
- If a game or bet is declared void due to a technical error, the stake amount will be returned.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting any bug or error in the gaming software will not be paid out.
- Game rules and odds may change at any time; previous conditions will continue to apply to ongoing bets.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and any violation will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abusing").

11.3 Post-Suspension Process
